Domestic Shipping & Charges
All orders are processed and delivered within India.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location; however, we strive to ensure safe and timely delivery for every order.

Tax and Duties (India)

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes as per Indian regulations (GST).

No additional import duties or taxes will be charged for deliveries within India.

In case of any region-specific delivery charges or remote area fees, customers will be informed before dispatch.

Timelines

As many of our products are carefully packed with attention to detail, please allow 5–10 working days for dispatch of domestic orders.

During festive periods, high-demand seasons, or unforeseen circumstances such as public restrictions or courier delays, dispatch timelines may extend by an additional 5–7 working days. In such cases, we will keep you informed through email or phone.

Receiving Order Guidelines

To help us resolve any shipping-related concerns efficiently, we request customers to record an unboxing video and take clear photographs with timestamps within 48 hours of receiving the order.

If you receive a damaged, tampered, or opened parcel, please do not accept the package. Kindly record a video, take photographs, and share them along with your order details via email or customer support so we can assist you promptly.

Process of Shipping

Once you place an order, it enters our processing system. After quality checks and secure packaging, the shipment is handed over to our delivery partners.

You will receive your tracking details via email and/or SMS once your order has been dispatched. You may use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status on the courier partner’s website.

Cancellation Policy

Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
